Welcome.... To my very first time at Blogging!
With this, my intention is to share my passion about sprouts, living foods, and things I am learning about love, desires, God and myself. You will find pages for the products I sell, recipes to give some ideas & inspiration with sprouts and raw foods, and desires and passions I am following which may not always be about food!
Most people probably grew up with the standard Mung Bean & Alfalfa sprouts.... especially if you were born in the 70's (like moi) ! Then different sprouts like lentils, pea, snow pea, onion started appearing in supermarkets.
In 2008 / early 2009 I saw my dear mamma eagerly sprouting micro-greens (buckwheat lettuce, wheatgrass, sunflower seeds) in baskets, trays & anything she could find - throwing some soil into them & adding the seeds. My interest was awakened....
I have now started my own market stalls showing others how to sprout fresh, living foods that taste great, are easy to grow and more economical to purchase.
On the other pages, you will find free recipes, products I sell, contact details and places I'll be with my market stall.
I am so fortunate to have my man as my 'assistant' - whilst his number 1 passion is drums/percussion and making music (that's another story....) he loves the sprouts & good food also and has a desire to support me in my journey - our journey together - in sharing with others the benefits of caring for ourselves with living foods.
Our 18 years together has seen many ideas, passions & desires come and go - but some that have always been with us is growing our beautiful family... (which is about to expand again in about 8 - 10 weeks !)...living a sustainable life, eating healthfully, great music and finding our true selves with connection to a loving Being greater than us all!

We (the fam & me) recently had a FABULOUS weekend at the Maleny Real Food Festival in September - a fun & full weekend!
Thanks to everyone who supported us and the organisers of the Festival. Definitely going next year!
